Pickled Radish

Not only they are beautiful - this pickled radish slices are the perfect addition to a any kind of sandwiches! They are the touch of acid excitement that you are craving for! And they are so so so simple to make, you won't regret it. Quick tip: if you use a mandolin cutter the slices will turn out perfect and you'll have them ready in no time.


1 cup Radish, slices

2 tbsp. White Vinegar

1 tbsp. Ginger Roots, peeled

1 tbsp. Brown Sugar

1 tbsp. Olive Oil


  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar with a lid and let it sit for 1 day in the refrigerator (consume before 2-3 days).
